Course 1 - Appetizers with Sangria
Greek Bruschetta: toasted french bread topped with spinach, feta cheese, tomatoes, roaster red peppers, mushrooms, and olives, drizzled with virgin olive oil
Arancini Balls: risotto balls stuffed with mozzarella, dredged with breadcrumbs and fried.
Open Faced Phyllo Spanakopita: handmade in phyllo cups with artichoke hearts, spinach and Parmesan cheese, then baked.
Course 2 -- Salad with WIne
Heirloom Tomato Salad: Fresh Mozzarella and Heirloom tomatoes and balsamic glaze served over a bed of watercress.
Course 3 -- Slider with Beer
Chicken Philly Slider: Sliced chicken, peppers, onions, philly chicken sauce, and white American cheese served on a Brioche slider bun.
Course 4 -- Beef with Wine
6-hour braised short ribs served over Overlook truffle mashed potatoes topped with a reduced red wine demi glaze.
Palate Cleanser -- Blood Orange Sherbet
Course 5 -- Shrimp with Wine
Napolean style stuffed shrimp on top of a vegetable polenta cake with a pool of cheesy supreme sauce.
Course 6 -- Dessert with Dessert Martini
Caramelized grilled peach topped with french vanilla ice cream, bacon candy and fresh raspberry sauce.
