Every year the Kent Junior Chamber hosts its annual reverse raffle, benefitting a cause in Kent. This year the Jaycees are honoring Habitat for Humanity of Portage County.
It is a great time to highlight and support Habitat because it is the organizations 30th year anniversary. They have built over 60 houses, and the most current build is a preservation of a home on Dodge St. In Kent. It is our privilege to host events where we get to know the needs of people in our city.
We are celebrating on February 16th at Laziza starting at 6:30 p.m. If you are interested in purchasing a ticket to attend the evening contact info@kentjaycees.com.
The evening includes dinner, a silent auction, chance to win $3,000 all while learning more about what Habitat for Humanity does in our community.
