              So, now we realize that there are real reasons for each generation holding different values and attitudes, but what do we do? In this presentation, Professor Mike Kachilla will discuss the opportunities with the newest generation that did not exist with previous generations. Also, you will hear about specific actions that you can take to help alleviate the conflicts. Finally, Professor Kachilla will present various case studies that will be discussed with some real actions that can be taken.
