United Way is excited to kick off its 2017 Day of Caring on Wednesday, June 21st. This is a day we mobilize more than 80 corporate and community volunteers to work alongside more than 10 local non-profit agencies to help with their seasonal cleanup or maintenance needs so the agencies can focus their time on serving the community.
These dedicated volunteers work hard on such projects as painting, spreading mulch, weeding, planting, seasonal cleanup, servicing lunch at the Center of Hope, sorting through donated clothing at the Clothing Center. We would like to offer these hardworking volunteers a complimentary lunch and help the agencies with the cost of some materials to get their needed projects finished.
Thank you for LIVING UNITED!!
