              Wine Dinner March 21 featuring Joel Gott Wines

              On March 21st we will be holding next Wine dinner. We will be pairing the wines of Joel Gott with a dinner that will take you to several regions of the US and some foreign countries for dishes that complement the wine.  Seating is limited, so make your reservations today.
               
              Chardonnay         Chicken and Bacon Dip with Toasted Pita
              Zinfandel             German Ham, white Bean, and Greens Soup
              Sauvignon Blanc    Mexican Chopped Salad
              Pinot Noir           Duck Jambalaya
              Cabernet            Chocolate Cheesecake

              Cost: $40/person. The Dan Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund receives $5 per ticket sold. To date over $3,000 has been donated and distributed to graduating Theodore Roosevelt graduating seniors.
